At Celestial Chiropractic, every new patient begins their journey with a comprehensive exam. This two-visit process allows us to thoroughly assess your needs, review your health history, and create a personalized chiropractic care plan.

Preparing for Your First Visit

Before your first visit, you’ll be asked to complete the New Patient Intake form. Please provide as much detailed information as possible. This will serve as the foundation for your History Review and ensure your chiropractic journey starts smoothly.

Your First Visit

Plan to spend 60 minutes on your first visit for a thorough History Review and Examination, allowing us to fully understand your chiropractic needs. You can schedule this session online or by phone.

At Celestial Chiropractic, the initial visit is essential for creating a personalized care plan. Adjustments will not be performed without completing the History Review and Examination.

Health History Review

The information you provide on the New Patient Intake form will be reviewed prior to your visit, allowing us to prepare for a thorough discussion of your physical health history, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and health goals. During your visit, feel free to ask any questions you may have about chiropractic care.

Initial Examination

The examination during your first visit serves as the foundation for developing your chiropractic care plan. We will assess your range of motion, posture, and gait, along with a comprehensive spinal analysis.

Future progress will be measured against the results of this initial exam, and adjustments will be made as needed.

Additional examinations, such as neurological or orthopedic tests, may be performed based on your history. If necessary, X-rays may also be required. Should X-rays be needed, we will refer you to an outside clinic, as we do not have the space to offer X-rays in-office.

Your Next Visit

During your second visit, we’ll review the results of your examination, discuss care plan options, and go over the financial aspects of your treatment. If you have any questions about billing, feel free to contact our office.

You will also receive your first adjustment and schedule future appointments to continue your wellness journey.
